CSS and the Community: A History of Caring

At CSS, we take great pride in the impact that we have on our local community. From raising funds for Cancer research to delivering canned goods to the local food bank, our associates believe in giving back financially and spiritually. CSS has a Community Relations team that plans our charitable activities for the year. These activities are as varied as helping out in a local nursing home to planning a benefit concert to raise funds for a worthwhile charity. As a local, family owned business, we take pride in the fact that our concerns for our neighbors spurs us to greater heights of giving. It is this sense of responsibility that has been the driving force behind our exceptional service to our customers.

These are just some of the letters we’ve received from organizations with whom we have partnered to create a better community:

“On behalf of the American Heart  Association and Savers, Inc., I would like to express my sincere appreciation for your generous gift.  Health care affects everyone and your support will go a long way  towards helping this country fight heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases that kill and disable far too many of our friends, family members and loved ones.”
