To our Valued Vendor,
Please take a few moments to complete the Vendor Update Sheet so that our coordinators have current information available when it comes time to dispatch. Thank you in advance for your promptness in returning these to Cornell.

As always, please complete the update keeping in mind the following information:
- Email: We are now asking if you would prefer to have your insurance and purchase orders emailed to you. But please, only check this if you regularly check your email. If not, we’ll be happy to continue sending our requests through fax.
- AAADM Certified Vendors: A copy of your current AAADM certificate MUST be submitted for our records. Cornell Storefronts will only allow AAADM certified technicians to service automatic doors.
Our customers require a large amount of information from us and we ask that you work with us. If you have any questions on the update sheet or the expectations, please call, fax, or email. We will be happy to answer your questions or concerns.
