Counterbalance Shaft Assembly - steel pipe with maximum deflection of 0.03" and helical torsion spring assembly designed for proper balance Designed for long life and trouble free operation
Locking/Security - locks into both jambs with special heavy-duty bottom bar for rigidity Enhances security
Guides - heavy duty extruded aluminum sections Enhances security and operation
Self-Supporting Installation System - using 3"x3" or 4"x4" structural steel support tubes allows grilles to be installed early in the construction phase Grilles can be installed before walls are built and opening is in place, allowing for easy installation
